UPON COMPLETION OF DEVELOPING ITS WEBSITE, EACH SPECIAL DISTRICT MUST SUBMIT ITS WEBSITE ADDRESS TO THE SPECIAL DISTRICT ACCOUNTABILITY PROGRAM SO THE PROGRAM CAN LINK TO IT FROM ITS WEBSITE.
